Media and Stress

Sometimes unconsciously, that program can be bringing you stress, and you don’t even realize that it is, let alone tempting your discipline. When you do choose to watch television, and a commercial comes on about how much you need to get a hamburger, and your goal is to lose weight; as soon as you see or sense the beginning of that commercial hit the mute button, literally. There may be a show that has some part in it that makes you want to get up and have a cigarette or engage in some other not so good habit you have; unconsciously you will feel that way. Do not watch it or turn off the part that makes you stressful. Know yourself and stop before you reach for a not so good habit. Sometimes when we read or watch something, it has reflections of your sisters and brothers in a bad light, or there may be no reflection of you at all. If you are in the position to change this, please do. If you don’t-- turn it of, otherwise it can saturate your unconscious and conscious mind with thoughts of fear and weakness. .Know yourself. Study yourself. Study your reactions.

Improving on your situation is a natural part of evolving and growing, as is eating and sleeping. Everyone desires improvement in life. Our ancestors, you will find, believed in great and continuous improvement. Within the many, many countries of your family’s continent, exists and existed systems for their entire way of life. These systems were and are especially intricate. It is a fascinating study, and when you begin to understand, that within your bloodline there is the power, then your prior thinking camouflaged by circumstance and environment will change. You will transform and your esteem will grow considerably. The good news is, if you follow seeds left for you, you will discover the wealth and fulfillment that is already in the path of your life.

Love Yourself

Have you ever heard the saying: “You can’t take care of anyone
else, until you take care of yourself”? That adage is so true; the truth rings
well with this one. If you are not in total love with yourself, you have to
build a new attitude. Change your attitude, and you will assist your mind in the
changing.
What about your beauty? Do you think you are beautiful? When you
view yourself in the mirror do you say, “Dag you are gorgeous!” If not, you have
some work to do. Why not look at yourself in the reflection and say, “You are so
fine!” and mean it! Do not let others tell you that you are not up to standard.
Don’t see others in the media and say, “But I don’t look that good.” You are
beautiful. You are beautiful. YOU are
beautiful!

Doubting yourself

Do not doubt that yourself. DOUBT is a strong emotion. Your subconscious mind
will run with those doubts, and play them over and over until you stop it. You
can put an end to that, but it takes practice. At first you will tell yourself
to stop, but it keeps on playing; those negative, fearful, or doubtful thoughts.
What you will do, is REPLACE the negative, doubting, anxious thoughts with those
of wondrous, good thoughts, goals, and blessings.
